House completely closed with mud, completely private, with direct access to the beach with decorative wooden fence, and with 2 deck-type terraces, with a tanning area and a grill area, playing with height and direct views of the beach and the Sun.

The house has a gate and direct access to the beach and a retaining wall and rocks towards the beach, to experience the high tide right at your feet.

Parking space for 4 to 5 vehicles, garden-type space.

Family room with independent access and double wooden door, coming from the terrace adjacent to the garden, this room has windows with views, lighting and ventilation towards the deck adjacent to the beach, excellent atmosphere.

Large kitchen and dining area with views of the garden, it is an independent, closed space, with a wooden breakfast bar and access to the hallway.

3 spacious bedrooms with a full bathroom each, with enough space to furnish 1 or 2 beds and a closet. 2 rooms have access to a terrace adjacent to the garden and the third to the hallway and parking.

Master bedroom with its own bathroom is located next to the Family Room.

The home offers you, right when you enter through the parking lot, the servants' area or room for the caretaker or administrator of the home, with its large room, office area and cellar, bathroom, independent of the central home.

Hermosa Casa de Playa con un estilo, bien tropical, bien familiar, con áreas y espacios bien moderados y en su mayoría separados, pero bien integrados, generando diversos ambientes de estar, privacidad y tranquilidad,  para esos días actividades o relax en Playa.

Ubicado justo en la zona menos comercial y tranquilita de Playa el Espino, cercana a zona de cocoteros y áreas naturales abundantes y a pocos pasos de las Olas, en primera fila de playa, el sonido de las olas es una de sus características principales, si amas la playa en tu hogar, esta casa es para ti.

Esta zona, aún tiene el toque de desarrollo habitacional tradicional, natural, ambiente costero un tanto rustico, pocos ranchos privados, casas de familias colonas  que de dedican a la pesca, es más que una sensación de paraíso tropical, no urbanizado, y eso hace una de sus características, es para esos gustos.

La playa estará siempre con muy poca afluencia, esta casa disponible, es vecina de 2 casas de playa, parecidas y contiguas, están rodeadas de terrenos privados, y ciertas áreas aun públicas, sin tanto desarrollo.

Es una casa de 5 habitaciones con baño cada una, pero te la describo mejor así:

Casa completamente cerrada con tapial, privada completamente, con acceso directo a playa con cerca decorativa de madera, y con 2 terrazas tipo deck, con zona para broncearse y con zona de parrilla, jugando con altura y vista directa a playa y al Sol.

La vivienda cuenta portón y acceso directo a playa y con muro de contención y rocas hacia la playa, para vivir la marea altas justo a tus pies.

Espacio para parqueo de 4 a 5 vehículos, espacio tipo jardín.

Sala familiar con acceso independiente y doble puerta de madera, que viene de la terraza contigua al jardín, esta sala tiene ventanales con vista, iluminación y ventilación hacia los deck contiguo a la playa, excelente ambiente.

Amplia zona de cocina y comedor con vista hacia el jardín, es un espacio independiente, cerrado, con barra desayunador de madera y su acceso al pasillo vestibular.

3 habitaciones amplias con su baño completo cada una, con espacio suficiente para amueblamiento de 1 o 2 camas y closet. 2 habitaciones tienen sus accesos a terraza contigua a jardín y la tercera hacia pasillo y parqueo.

Habitación principal con baño propio se encuentra ubicada, a la par de la Sala Familiar.

La vivienda te ofrece, justo al entrar por el parqueo,  la zona de servidumbre o habitación para el cuidandero o administrador de la vivienda, con su amplio cuarto, área de oficios y bodega, baño, independiente a la vivienda central

Pasillo vestibular, techado pero abierto, que te conecta la zona de parqueo y casa del cuidandero, hacia la cocina, hacia habitaciones y hacia jardín interior que d a la playa.

Amplio jardín interior, con sus cocoteros, grama china en excelente mantenimiento, rodeada de rocas decorativas, este espacio tiene potencial para desarrollar una piscina.

Terraza techada contigua a jardín interior, para diversos usos comedor al aire libre, sala de exterior,  para colocar hamacas, es una zona de estar que te permite disfrutar de la constante brisa marina.
