The second phase of the development will continue down along the Sibun River. The second phase of lots will not be serviced until the completion of Phase 1 sales.

The Belize Collection is the exclusive builder for any house that will be part of the rental program. For owners who do not wish to participate in the rental program, they may choose another contractor if they wish. However I think they would find our pricing, quality and value to be equal or superior to other options they might find.
At this time, the general cost of building a home is ~$150 sq. ft.
It is possible to purchase two lots and build on one of them only. If a purchaser wishes to build in the middle of the two lots, or across the side yard setbacks, then they would need to go back to the Lands department and apply to combine the two lots into one lot. This is a very easy process and one which we could do on the buyer’s behalf.
There is no specified date for construction to begin when purchasing an estate lot.
Buyers will become a part of the Owners Club, which gives owner’s the benefit of access to other resorts in The Belize Collection at a 20% discount on the best available rate along with a 10% discount on food, drinks, and tours.
Financing is available for the lots at 6% interest for 5 year and 15 year amortization, with a deposit of US$10,000. Balloon payment due after 5 years.
There is a monthly HOA fee of US$75.00 a month per lot which goes towards the maintenance of the pool, clubhouse and security, and general roadside maintenance.
