The apartment is on the ground level of a main home. However, it has its own private entrance and drive way. Upon entering the apartment, you will find yourself in the spacious living room with open space kitchen.The apartment comes completely furnished and it features 2 bedrooms that share one spacious bathroom. Each bedroom comes with an air conditioner unit.The outdoor patio is nicely paved and features several areas where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views. There is also a shared communal pool with a nice BBQ area and outdoor shower.Furthermore, there is a shared laundry room and parking is inside the premises for at least 2 cars.

The ground floor apartment is fully furnished and features 2 bedrooms with A/C and hot water in both the bathroom and kitchen. Rental price: XCG 2,900 per month incl. service charges.
