Tera Cora is about 10 minutes from HATO airport, on the northside of Curacao.

Tera Cora is about 20 kilometers from the center of Willemstad, the capital of Curacao.
The name Tera Cora literally means: Red Earth.
This is due to the presence of a red colored earth that is abundant on the San Pedro Plain adjacent to Tera Cora.On an elevated some 2-storey houses with wooden details are built.
