A complete island consisting of 603 acres of land with over 9 miles of sea frontage.

 The island is located one mile from Ambergris Caye, which is Belize’s most popular tourist resort and close to the private eco-resort island belonging to actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

 This large, private island is situated northeast of Belize City near the second largest barrier reef in the world. Deer Caye is nicely elevated and has several small coves along its shores. There are two main areas populated by coconut trees. Due to the variety of beautiful undersea life, the swimming at Deer Caye is excellent, as is the scuba diving and snorkelling.

 This Belize caye is an incredible property that boasts ample room for an extensive residential and/or resort complex, including golf course, private airstrip, casino, etc.

 Deer Caye’s central location would allow easy access to San Pedro, Belize City, many other cayes, and even the large city of Chetumal,  Mexico, to take full advantage of the various excursions and activities that annually draw millions of tourists to Belize.
